Kylo is a German Shepherd/Husky mix, 3 years old, and 50-60 lbs. He is crate trained, potty trained, and knows many commands! He does well with other dogs and kids! (No cats please).

He has been fine with other dogs when he attended doggy day camps. He along fine with other dogs in the family and at home as well! As always, all dogs need proper introductions into any new home. We have lots of information about this available!

He is neutered but will need all vaccines in either Arlington or Garland, Texas.

Kylo is a lovable 3-year-old German Shepherd-Husky mix with a heart full of affection. Born on March 18, 2021, he’s a playful, gentle soul who adores chewing on bones, chasing after his favorite ball, and curling up for snuggles with his humans. He’s the perfect mix of active and cuddly, always up for an adventure but just as happy to be by your side.

Kylo thrives on companionship and loves being part of the family. Unfortunately, due to frequent travel for church ministry and the recent arrival of a baby, his owners can no longer provide him with the time and attention he deserves.

We’re hoping to find Kylo a loving home where he’ll get all the love, playtime, and care he needs. He has so much love to give and will surely bring joy to his future family!

Please do your research on these two wonderful and unique breeds! Kylo, like any husky, can be vocal when he is nervous or excited! He will need someone patient who understands the importance of time, patience, and decompression.

Can you foster Kylo? Please apply today on the foster tab of our website!

  • CALI

    Breed: Full Great Dane

Adoption fee: REDUCED to $350 thanks to a generous donor

Cali is a 1-year-old Great Dane with an incredible amount of energy and a heart as big as her paws! She is 86lbs and still continuing to grow! She is spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated!

This sweet girl is not only potty and crate trained, but also incredibly smart, quickly learning new tricks and commands. She is working on not jumping, as she does get very excited with people!

If you're looking for a dog that loves outdoor activities, playtime, and cuddles, Cali is the perfect fit! She loves to play and would make a perfect adventure buddy. She LOVES to play with other dogs, no aggressive bone in her body, but we recommend her with other large or XL breeds, because her size can be a bit scary for smaller pups.

Cali is not suitable for apartments, and will thrive in a home with a yard to play in. She LOVES to be outside! She is not a fence jumper!

Due to her size and playful behavior, she will only be suitable with children over 8. She is dog friendly with dogs of all sizes, but does not have experience with cats (probably not recommended as she always tries to play with everyone)! We always recommend a meet and greet with proper introductions for any dogs. She would also be suitable as an only pet!

  • PHOENIX

    Breed: Cattle Dog Mix

    Adoption fee: SPONSORED

Phoenix is our longest stay dog here at Ace’s Place and we have no idea why!

He is still patiently waiting, but we cannot believe that nobody has shown an interest in adopting him. Not a single application!

This sweet boy has gone through so much, after being stabbed through his nose and upper pallet, he has had reconstructive surgery and is doing absolutely amazing. You can’t even tell what he’s been through, his optimism is inspiring and he LOVES all people!

Phoenix is a cattle dog with possible ridgeback. He’s a crate and (mostly) potty trained goof ball! He is the happiest guy, and even after everything he’s been through he has had the happiest demeanor.

He loves to run and play outside with other high-energy dogs, but is the biggest cuddle bug inside. He does not get into trouble and always wants to be right next to you. His ideal home will let him sleep on the bed, as he insists on cuddling with you at night.

He’s great with other dogs and kids (although he may be too high energy for very young kids and some dogs). He is so smart and learns commands quickly! He is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped.

  • JOURNEY

    Breed: Lab Mix

    Sponsored Adoption Fee

    Hi, I’m Journey!

I’m 11 months old, full of energy, and ready to find my forever home! I’ve moved around a lot through no fault of my own—I’ve just been waiting for the right place to land.

With my long legs and wild spirit, I love to run, wrestle with other dogs, and stay busy. If you’re looking for a running buddy, hiking partner, or adventure companion, I’m your girl! I know how to sit and shake (fancy, right?), and I’m working really hard on my leash skills. I’m even in professional training classes! I’m house-trained and do okay in a kennel, but I’d much rather be out exploring.

Since I’m still a puppy (even though I look like a supermodel), I need an active, experienced family who understands that I’m still learning. If you’re up for adventure and don’t mind a little chaos, we’ll be a perfect match!

  • HAZEL

  • COCO

    Breed: Shih-tzu/Poodle

He is crate and potty trained and walks well on a leash and knows his basic commands! He has lived in both a house and an apartment and does well in both.

Coco thinks he is a big dog in a little body and requires a home with no kids as he can be nippy when excited, no cats, and probably no large dogs, but may be okay with them with proper intros. He has liked all of the small dogs he has met at the vet and groomer!

He does well with small dogs when properly introduced and given time to adjust. He would prefer a home all on his own where he can have all of the attention (No men is a PLUS)!

He is 2 years old and about 15lbs. He is fixed, microchipped, vaccinated, and Heartworm Negative!

She is 2 years old, 45lbs, spayed, vaccinated, and Heartworm negative! She is potty and crate trained, very quiet too! She will need a patient home with no kids (although she has never been aggressive, it may be overwhelming) and MUST have at least 1 or more other dogs for her! Preferably 2+

  • KIWI

    In a foster-to-adopt home

    Breed: French Bulldog

    Adoption Fee: $500

Kiwi is looking for a foster to adopt home 🩷

**She is currently with an amazing foster, but is ready to find her forever home!

She still needs to be spayed, so she is ONLY available for foster to adopt, the adoption cannot be finalized until she has been spayed. Foster to adopt home will need to be local to DFW to get her to our vet in Garland.

She is a ten month old French Bulldog!

Kiwi needs a patient, understanding and bulldog savvy home willing to help her learn everything she missed out on learning in her first 10 months of life.

She is getting better about being in her crate and while she barks, she will settle fairly quick most of the time. She is slowly beginning to potty outside, but still having accidents inside. It appears that she was never potty trained previously, and doesn’t understand that she shouldn’t potty in her kennel.

Kiwi loves to play with a ball, and run around outside. She prefers to be with her person most times. She is living with large & small dogs, as well as cats and has done well with everyone. She does currently live with a toddler, but can get quite riled up while playing. Older children would probably be best for her.

Kiwi still needs spayed and to finish up her vetting, so we are looking for a foster to adopt home. We are looking for someone with breed experience who understands her quirks, and must be comfortable with working on training. She has already been returned once and we can’t keep having her bounced around homes, she needs consistency!
